BIRTHDAYS: Carol Karakis (28)

ANNOUNCEMENTS:

·         Memory Eternal:  Lazo Frengou Fell Asleep in the Lord and was buried with much love and honor yesterday.  The Family was most appreciative of the magnificent mercy meal that our ladies put on for them.  They were surprised that we had a few of our regulars from spaghetti dinner helped serve!  What a blessing it was to see a few of our culinary experts pass along how some of the dishes were prepared.  Special Thanks to Anny Fry for agreeing to be the head chef and for all those who helped prepare, cook and serve that amazing luncheon.  I am most impressed that the ladies are thinking of reviving this blessed ministry to those of our Parish Family in such times.  I also wish to thank the Frengou Family for making the largest donation ever to the church for that funeral Memory Eternal, Lazo!

·         Setting the Hall: Your help would be appreciated to reset the Banquet Hall for Spaghetti Dinner.  Thanks in advance!

·         Church Hayride: Sunday School would like to thank all those helpers that made the church picnic fun for the children. Bring your photos of the church picnic to church and put in the basket by the candle stand.  No names on the pictures please. A winner will be chosen at the annual hayride – which will be Sunday, October 10th right after church at the Mitov property. No rain date – flyers are available by the candle stand. Children and parents are free; guests are $2.
