 ANNOUNCEMENTS:

·        Memorial/Coffee Hour: There is a memorial today after Liturgy for the one year anniversary of Father Christoff's Falling Asleep in the Lord. There will be a memorial luncheon during coffee hour sponsored by Popadia Mary Christoff and her family. Memory Eternal!

·        Special Thanks: A big thank you to Nick Konstandaras for his generous donation for Spaghetti Dinner meatballs and also the fish he donated for Fr. Christoff's memorial luncheon this Sunday. The donations are in memory of his wife, Donna.

·        Home Blessings:  Just a reminder to call Fr Jim directly to have your home blessed at 330.701.3654. Some in our parish family have the mistaken notion that their homes need to be blessed only once.  They are anointed with oil only once with the 1^st blessing, but are blessed with the sprinkling of the Holy Water each year.

·        Souperbowl Sunday: Superbowl Sunday is one weeks from today. We will have our soup lunch after liturgy on February 6. Sign-up sheet will be out at coffee hour.

·         Reverse Raffle: St. Thomas' Reverse Raffle will be on Saturday, February 26. Drinks will be at 6pm, dinner at 7pm, and the raffle at 8pm. Please buy your ticket from any board member.

·        Memorial & Coffee Hour: Nick Konstandaras is having a memorial for the sixth month anniversary for his wife, Donna. He is also sponsoring coffee hour. Vechnaya Pamyat!

·        All Parish Birthday Party: The All Parish Birthday Party will be on January, 23! Sign up at coffee hour to pick the month you would like to bring dessert for.

·         Lecture Series: We will have our monthly lecture next Sunday, January 16. The topic will be on the Theotokos.

·         OCW Women's Retreat: OCW has scheduled a women's retreat on Saturday, January 22 at 9:30 AM. Speakers will be the clergy and topic will be "Being True to Oneself."  Breakfast-type refreshments will be provided (sweet rolls/donuts, coffee, tea, etc.). No charge to those attending.

·         C.O.C.A. Cabaret Dinner: Sunday, February 20^th, 2011 is fast approaching! We are hosting the C.O.C.A. Dinner/Dance and are looking for a committee to put together a menu and help with the planning of it, including the selling of tickets. Please see Jim Waltenberger right away if you are interested in serving on the committee.
